Under chaotic management, things were always tumultuous at the office.
My strategy was to stay out of it as much as possible traveling for sugar baby coaching events. When my direct boss resigned, I was moved up and began reporting directly to The CEO, joining a leadership team and gaining more access to the activities of the other departments. I didn’t like what I learned. The pages of my book are dripping in tea, honey. Drink up.
