Dividing the company into multiple entities, tweaking the language, and shedding the website’s skin to code more vanilla “in case the feds ever cracked down on sugar.” Bad actors came to the site because they knew they wouldn't get caught.

The report system, which allows users to report each other for poor behavior, was basically used to keep track of the bad guys rather than remove them from the website. Since anonymity is encouraged, how can anyone be held accountable?
